Actually it's usually a sign that he pleaded guilty. Magistrates could still send him down for 6 months for it or send him to crown court for sentencing if they think it desreves more.

I don't think it's "Mickey Mouse" for one of our sport's brightest young hopes to punch someone in a nightclub. It's all rather sad and, to the wider world, it makes the sport look like it's populated by thugs.
