The last bout is the guy from Northern Ireland and an Aussie so should be good - I agree so far it's between Saunders and Kumar

I think Jenkins would be a better pro, he throws alot of body punches which seem to not even score in the amateurs and I can't believe he hasn't even got a point he's should be winning.

NI lad got outclassed by the Aussie, but he should defo have had more points on the board.

These games are highlighting the awful system in play. What could be implemented to make scoring fights fairer?

only 3 judges with 2 pushing there buttons simultaniously to score. And better judges I don't know what the criteria is to be a judge here but there should definatley be some better screening of them the scoring has been farcical in alot of the bouts.

The scoring is a big let down as everyone is saying. When a boxer goes behind by a couple of points the judges seem to give up on him and just stop giving him points whilst giving his opponent points for lesser punches. Its dreadful really.

Impressed with the Aussie at the end against the N Ireland lad and the Indian lad Kumar as well as the 2 I mentioned earlier Khan and O'Hara.

Scoring needs a revamp after this though. Absolutely dreadful!!!

Middleweights i believe... Anthony Ogogo 75kg(local lad) he might make it on to the podium....
As people have said the scoring in these kind of tournements is a joke,u get a standing8 for f**k all when they aint even hurt, just court flush, but saying that the boxer who gives the standing8 only get a point....

Telling ye', Smith is shit hot. Quality little boxer with a great guard. Should have been 20-0 instead of 5-0.

the amatuer scoring system is a joke , it in no way prepares a guy if he wants to turn pro

jabs rarely count , whats a body shot , combination punching nah that doesnt count either

you can potshot your way to victory

the prizefighter system should be used and the punch stats that the pros use aswell

hard to watch without shouting at the tv about the judges

fights finishing 3-1 - what a load of shyte

anyone just see the namibian teeing off on the kneeling south african fighter - only to be awarded a KO win, rather than disqualification? Where do they get these referees? Disgraceful.

Shocking weren't it? The Namibian landed 3 solid shots on his downed opponent, and got the win.

In the first round of his bout I was wondering what the fuss was about? But he looked brilliant in the second. They was saying he's got a really hard side of the draw though. The Indian is defending champion and theres the the olympic bronze medalist from mauritius aswell as the European silver medalist from Wales.

Banjo player and all round good guy Paddy Barnes books himself a slot with the co-favourite for a light-fly gold against Andrew Moloney.

Now that will be a cracker of a scrap!

I know everybody keeps going on about it but the scoring is ruining the boxing. The last bout was 2-1 and neither boxer had a defense.
