But the only name on Chisora"s record is Sexton,cant class Williams as he was shot to pieces when they fought..

Sam Webb is a good shout, a little overlooked so nice to see him get some recognition.

Yes, this is the reason he is only 25th in the rankings.

Yes, he has good wins against McDonagh, Small and Concepcion; so he does deserve a place on the list.
