Depends which Pryce shows up. I think an on-form, motivated and focused Pryce could upset the applecart.

"Webb is a nice boxer and that's about it. He is nothing special." So says trainer Gary Lockett of Sam Webb, the British light-middleweight champion who defends his title against Welsh veteran and Lockett man Bradley Pryce in Brentwood on February 5 .
Pryce twice failed in cracks at the British welterweight title and was then hammered in two rounds by Matthew Hall for the Commonwealth light-middleweight title. However, he linked up with Lockett and comes off three straight wins, two over men who had previously stopped him, Ted Bami and Neil Sinclair, so the rangy, dangerous Pryce will fancy his chances of another upset next month. He looks rejuvenated.
Webb goes in as the betting favourite, having reeled off 13 wins since a meaningless cuts defeat back in 2006. The popular Kent man earned the tag of "The Ricky Hatton of the South" in those days but has refined his style and mixes it up well, although he still cuts and is not a huge puncher at 17-1 (5). Pryce hits the harder but brings his own baggage because we can never be sure which Pryce is going to turn up, even Lockett admits to that. "If Bradley is firing on all cylinders, he has got a great chance," says Gary.
At his best, Pryce looks too much for Webb, his long slashing punches building up the points and causing real facial damage, but Webb is the house fighter and arguably the better boxer and it wouldn't surprise me to see him nick a tight verdict at the end of 12 quality rounds.
