Paul Bourke wrote:Patron, i am not actually training for any boxing at the moment so this is just one workout we use to stay lean and maintain a little muscle. This wasnt meant to be a boxing workout, i was just answering a question when i was asked what i did this morning (he was possibly thinking i was lying in bed mastubating) truth be known i had previously already conquered that, and that was coming after the person also refered to me as a "dickhead". But regardless I am always happy to help
If your not taking the piss, it actually is a little more than a warm up if you work to you max capability. But if i was training for a fight, i would probably use that to finish rather than a warm up, and do a light run, maybe 1-1.5k for warm up, skip with sprints 5mins, some combination pads maybe 4-6 rounds, then do the circuit, and a couple of blow out torture style rounds on the bag, then abwork. It would take about an hour and 10 to complete with rests and stretch.
But it would be different from day to day.
hello paul, no i,m not having a shot at you,i,m just interested in how some trainers prepare their boys, do you train yourself?i am not a great believer in padwork.i believe in focusing on the head and body, most times the pads are held outside the head and body areas, do you do glove work, combinations with a partner, switching alternatively, keeps the mind on the job, if gloves are not in place you suffer, your hour and 10 mins. is all you need if done with complete concentration,i still believe in ground work, heavy bag, floor to ceiling,no heavy weight s,too much strain on the muscles ,thanks for replying i hope you have success in your career, all the best

hey dale paul has told me have taken a fight in april, needless to say i am dissapointed as i thought we had a gentlemans agreement.
i understand if steves card not going ahead you would look elsewhere for a fight. i accept that and wish you well. what i will say though is paul has never ducked you or not wanted to fight you, its just that i was training for a fight that fell through and when all this started we thought you would be a good option. paul is happy to fight you and from your posts on another forum you seem happy to fight him, i dont know why you thought if you fought me first he wouldnt fight you but each to there own.
i am now also matching murray thompsons cards as well as fighting so if you really want this murray has a show coming up soon that will be ppv in may-june so i am more than happy to match it, i only hope that after the fight you dont come over to our corner and knock me out as you said you were going to do to paul if i fought you.
again paul is more than happy to fight you but he is a natural super middle without the use of high priced dodgy diet pills like nitrix but said for you he will come up as he did with pawsey, just remember though light heavy is under 80kg and that will be the absolute most i will let him fight at. so if you can make the legal limit we have a fight.
all the best on your pro debut look forward to contacting steve in regards to this.
cheers

Hey Condo, I will give him the gay dating site comment as it would have caused a slight stir in the pants of the old fella who has called me out!!!
I wasnt supposed to be fighting anymore, but dale insisted that he wanted to fight me, and when i showed the wife the garbage that was being written on here after i searched my name, before i had even thought about him once in the last 8 years, she agreed to make him pay.
He would have been the last person on my radar for obvious reasons.
I will wait to see if i have an opponent come dberry's apparent fight April 30th.
I wish you luck Dale and hope you dont spend too much on shiit that will possibly because you read it would or might, "increase your oxygen levels and training concentration" or 'build lean muscle with three pills a day" You have a long road ahead and hope you are in good hands or have some help as i dont think you can do it alone.
people who buy this crap are super fvcken lazy, and the people who make it love you!!!
People who buy this shite upset me and make me angry that people can actually be sucked in to such garbage of sponsored ads like this. Yeah the caffeine will help raise your blood pressure and the sugars give you a quick hit of energy and make you feel like they are doing something, but instead have a fvcking coffee with 2 lumps.
train hard, eat properly, and the only thing you will need is a good quality protein and a daily multi vitamin.
I sincerley hope you make the weight Dale as i have never been quite as excited as i am about this!!!
work hard and lets do it,
Talk the talk, and fight me. And dont ever forget that you caused this!
Regards,
Paul.

I can tell u whats going on asterix. Paul is ready to go and super fit, i just hope the recent knee injury suffered by dale doesnt stop what will be a great fight. I truly hope dale overcomes this as his weight is dropping and he looks like being ready to go. I have a date set for this fight and a promoter ready to put it on. I hope you overcome that injury mate all the best

hello Asterix, i can tell you that yes that is me, and I am the guy who will be fighting Dberry if he can make the weight. We have contacted his trainer and set a date of 3rd June at Knox and also agreed to meet at 82kg when i fought at 75.8kg in October and was 80.9 this morning (nice guy i am) Anyway this started as something that didnt involve Dale but he was posting things that are not true about me before i had ever posted here on boxrec. After 14000 posts i am sure he has good support here. We have taken the steps nessessary to make this happen and agreed to come up in weight, Now it is up to him. I do wish him all the best i trying to make the weight and get over his injured knee.
