This is one of the many answers to the OP's question...

To answer the title of the thread:

I do not like Mr W arren very much personally thats merely stating my opinion - however there is very little doubt he is still by far the best promoter in this country and in Europe and I have stated that on a consistent basis for the last few years!!!!

I could state more but wont due to "In House" Lawyers coming in their pants in their pursuit of another libel cases.
Spud the man who knows everything about professional boxing

There's no denying how successful Warren is, but would I buy a ticket for one of his shows and sit there from beginning to end and watch every fight....no.

I would though for Hennessy, Maloney, Sanigar, Hearn, Gilmour.....

As a promoter he does a great job, ie earns his fighters far more money and gets them far more exposure than any other promoter in the UK could dream of, If i was a fighter i would certainly sign with him.

What i don't like is his child like attitude towards fighters who have left him, or snubbed his services in the first place, his column is disgusting, lets say he has four stories in it each week, at least two will be used to slag of fighters he doesn't control. It just makes him come across as sad and bitter.

Quite simply the greatest comment I've ever read on this forum, I laughed so much that the missus had to tell me to shut up before I woke the kids.

I agree with quite a lot you have stated above. :TU:
