Great line up so far, surprised by Kevin Johnson I don't think Prizefighter will suit his style, someone like Rogan may outwork him

Mo Harris is surely a must....... You could call him the "regining" US prizefighter champion - he's back in the worlds top ten with some of the sanctioning bodies.

Where are the English boxers? The promoters are obviously still in negotiations with the local heavyweights to try and line up a few men from the host country.

Most exciting prospect,what you judgeing that on beating a cruiser in Morris or a tough journeyman in Peret???

Im judgeing it on all of his performances he goes out there to slug it out with all of his opponants, for me he is the most exiting to watch with his take no prisoners style, pricey is skilled but holds back Fury wouldn't enter because of his up and comeing fight with Chisora the only other shout is Towers for me and i think Tom is just that bit more schooled than him

He will never win a british title if he faces Chisora,Fury or Price...he will get found out quite quickly if he faces one of the above.....u say he takes no prisoners but he hasnt boxed anyone with a heartbeat apart from Morris(journeyman at weight below) or Peret(lose to everyone apart from Larry) Dallas is a accident waiting to happen how he hangs his chin in the air....

A former Klitschko foe and a the first Prizefighter champion will head a heavyweight line-up as Prizefighter goes global.

American Kevin Johnson, who took Vitali the distance in 2009 and Martin Rogan are just two of the names confirmed for the International Heavyweights tournament at Alexandra Palace, on May 7.

It is the first time the tournament has been opened up to fighters outside the United Kingdom and as well as those two, Cuban knockout specialist Mike 'The Rebel' Perez, former WBF champion Richel 'The Dutch Sonny Liston' Herisisia and Germany's Konstantin Airich are also in.

That leaves three places left to fill and Matchroom Sports' Eddie Hearn, who has been working on the international format for over a year, expects more big names to follow - Roy Jones Jr is among those who have previously been linked.

As Prizefighter starts its international expansion, this flagship event couldn't have come at a better time and British boxing fans are in for a real treat on May 7.

"As always the line-up will combine an eclectic mix of prospects, champions and characters as these eight men look to fight their way into contention for a shot at the world heavyweight title," he said.

"In Martin Rogan we have a man that epitomises Prizefighter, our first ever champion and a guy looking to force his way back into the big-time.

"Johnson will be the first American fighter signed for Prizefighter and has lost only once, in a points decision to Vitali Klitschko for the WBC title.

"Former WBF champ Richel Hersisia boasts a high knockout percentage, Perez is a highly rated Cuban prospect that is out to shock the world while Airich is a tough knockout artist from Germany - you only have to watch his fight with Danny Williams to see what he will bring on the night."
