Can't see it being like Bonecrusher fight as he fought on the defensive the whole fight, tied Tyson up at every opportunity or backed off, I can't see Foreman fighting like that. I can see Tyson getting frustrated with Foremans jab and pushing him off when he got close but Tysons punches would connect a lot faster than Foremans and I think thats the key to Tyson winning. They both had pretty good chins.

Tyson moves his head he wins easy. Probably UD going away. But the Tyson who later on quit doing that would eat a lot of Georges jabs. Maybe get hit with an uppercut. I favor Tyson but the punchers chance George had against anybody becomes a biiger factor if Mike doesn't move his head. Punch in combos...move the head.

Teddy Atlas (who I despise) has said numerous times that Tyson lost to every opponent that stood up to him. As outrageous as it sounds I believe the comebacking Forman would have clubbed Iron Mike into quitting. Foreman had supernatural strength and no matter how "hot" the exchanges got between him and Tyson I believe Tyson would have wilted.

In all of sports, Tyson was the ultimate frontrunner. When things were going his way he was as impressive an athlete as we've ever seen. Give him some resistance, or better yet, hurt him with hard punches he was not one to go out on his shield. He gave Holyfield everything he had in their first fight but he eventually yielded to the tougher man. Foreman was the tougher man between the two.

Foreman at 25 years of age, or 42 years of age, would have made Tyson question himself in ways that he didn't have answers for. Foreman by KO at any age.

George Foreman vs Rocky Serkorski.
December-18-1987.

This was only Foreman's fifth comeback fight.
I think he could have easily defeated the or a Heavyweight Champion who had a belt then.
around this point, although more mature ,Foreman still had some of the 1970's Bad-Asss personae residue.
before doing the cheeseburgers and geratal schtick to win over the public.

The New York boxing press cabal (Katz, Ryan, Farhood,Matthews,Marley) were very very unflattering to Foreman during 87/88/89 they dismissed him as a joke which in those days of no internet their word was taken as oracle. Yet I remember seeing the Cooper, Qawi,Bigfoot Martin, Cooney and Rodriguez knockouts and being very very impressed. I think in 89/90/91 the fight would have been pretty competitive moreso than any of Tysons fights the Douglas one nothwithstanding. It would have been a little like ruddock-Tyson 2 except Foreman would have made it closer and lost a close split decision in my opinion.

Bill Cayton said that he beleived Tyson should have fought Foreman for the linear title in 1995 if he was still managing him in what would have been the richest prize in HW history. The reason that fight didnt take place is the same reason it didnt take place in 89/90/91........Don King didnt want to deal with Foreman with no options and Foreman didnt want any part of being tied to King and Arum would have gone ballistic

Tyson would definitely have had problems with Foreman's enourmous physical strength & titatnium chin, but I still think he would have won on points.

Foreman was slow in the 70s, but he was like an arthritic slug in the 90s & would have been far too slow to defeat Tyson.

I see a similar fight to Tyson -v- Ruddock 2, but without any knock downs.

Tyson W12 UD in my opinion.
