If you are talking Chavez what about vs Meldrick Taylor, what a performance from Taylor to thn fall short at last hurdle due to Chavez constant pressure.
A lesser known fight is Kevin Hammond vs Kurt broomberg which was on Youtube i remember watching it and was a slugfest!!!
Also David Walker vs Spencer Fearon was a humdinger!!

Wasn,t there but i remember BN giving loads of press afterwards of the Logan v Osman southern area battle, must be one of the last fights to draw nobbins.

Riddick Bowe -v- Andrew Golota 1 & 2 are great fights, despite their bizarre endings.
Well worth a watch.

Logan had a couple of exciting fights. The one against Bingham was good. I thought he fought Gilbert Jackson but I'm obviously confusing that with another fight. Maybe it was the Paul Wesley one.

I got a few Logan bouts good fighter, Bingham finished him with a peach of a shot if i remember correct the big left hook and was close until that?
I got Logans bout with Takaloo and also watched live Jamie Moore vs Logan and few times after, what a shot to the solar plexus.

Yeah, he was doing ok but Bingham was ruthless once he had his man on the hook (no pun intended).
It's bugging me now -I know Jackson had a decent fight with Bingham but he had one with someone else, a real up and downer - Was it Paul Wesley? I know Wesley was taking things a little more seriously around that time and seem to remember him nearly upsetting the apple cart a few times.

I've got all the main ones on VHS but just odd ones on DVD from other sets i.e. Till, McCraken etc. I'll see if I can make a disk up from what I have when I do the other 2 for you.

Hunter v Callaghan (Ref IJL rates this as one of the best fights he has officiated - glad he didn't have to score it like!)

Mcmillan - Ingle is an under-rated classic. Its actually one of the best fights I've ever seen. Espcially given there were two world champs in there.

Francis ampofo vs Johnny Armour... one of the lesser known trilogies... but 3 great fights...

I would also reccommend anything involving Myung woo yu... an incredible little fighter from the late 80s early 90s. One really cant go wrong with the little guys but this guy was special. Also yukin Gushukin and Fighting Harada come to mind.
As for the big boys Ezra sellers vs Alex stewart was a reanactment of foreman vs Lyle... awesome slugfest...

On the domestic front, and on some of Steve Wood's top VIP cards at Wigan, a couple that I remember being classics of recent years were:
Mark Thompson vs Vincent Vuma - both took some punishment that night, Mark took a big step up to fight him
Alex Matvienko vs Lee Edwards - too close to call, Alex was on wrong end of the decision in this Masters fight

Hearing Alex Stewart a couple of times on this thread, he had some great fights , i remember his one against Foreman, when Alex was knocked down twice in the second round, only for him to get back up and make a real mess of Foremans face, it was one of the biggest beatings that George took, but both boxers gave their all and big George just got home on points.
Stewart is sometimes only remembered for his 1 round blowout loss to Tyson, but he gave Holyfield 20 hard rounds , almost beat Foreman and had those wild shootouts against Moorer and Ezra
