what made you ever think SBW was going to lose this or any future bout in the force-able future?

I thought it was too early in his career to fight someone who was actually a boxer.

Yep I've been called naive before. Another bad night for N.Z boxing, the whole show, three first round k.o's two in the second and one in the fourth...........
Very glad I didn't go down there tonight.

Possibly incorect. TV timer & timekeeper's clock ain't sincronized. Hence the reason on OZ productions TV clock is ditched with 10/12 sec to go

I did not shell out any money but as a boxing fan went to the pub and watched it. And, whilst I shouldnt be surprised, I was. Another debacle of a card by Boxa promotions. They just continue to amaze me, as does Choc to put his name to such a second rate of an event. Maybe I live in hope that one day we will see Mundine do something good for the support, either as a fighter or a promoter

I hear ya mate.

Something or anything would be good, he really maximiser's his profits, but lose's fans with every card.
As i said earlier in the thread, this was Clarence tillman we were talking about, SBW beat a c- fighter, good win however the road is long, before he can proclaim he's a real fighter.
$50 for 10 rounds of boxing over 6 fights, that's highway robbery.

Can you ask for your money back for such a card?

I love the fact that Money Bill Williams won the NZ title by defeating an American.
EDIT - Just seen that he's a resident of NZ, so that must explain it...

recently a topic of conversation on talkback here has beenthe issue of woman breast feeding in public, and weather or not it is decent or no.personly i don't have a problem with it.what i do have a problem with is the state and condition in which clarance tillman presented himself in last night and has a hide to call himself an athlete {boxer}.if a woman can"t do what is pure and natural, surely this man and others alike should never be allowed to take there shirt off in public.

rogue,
no point having a sook. it wasn't staged. tillman was no world champ, but at this stage it was a handy win for dunny. credit where due.
people who paid to watch it chose to hand over their cash. they thought it was worth it.
