Chisora's antics or Iron Mikes?

I seem to remember Iron Mike not only took a bite out of Holyfield but he also tangled with Lennox at the weigh in whilst taking a bite out of his arm.

I'm not defending Chisora but the sport has had bad boys in the past and it will have bad boys in the future and that's what makes it so interesting.

As for Haye taking stick for turning up at the press conference what about Moseley fronting Mayweather in the ring after the Marquez fight?

Tyson's a full on sociopath and Chisora is slightly unhinged but with work he could get to Tyons level.

I want to believe allegedly, but I just can't in all honesty, he knows that brawl has generated plenty of publicity for any potential fight between the two will generate plenty of ticket sales and he will stack the card with some good fights and get a few more subscriptions on allegedly. So I don't believe him.

He will have it at the O2.

pudendum like bollocks says he won't promote this fight because he WOULDN'T promote it. If it happened, after everything that has happened, Sky would snap this up for £15 PPV.

And since when did C*NTY get changed to pudendum? A bit extreme that, pudenda.

Do you think that would make enough money to get Warren interested? I doubt it.
I think it can actually but only if Warren puts together an attractive undercard that would make us open up our wallets say stick Groves, Bellew, Burns, Mitchell on the undercard in a manner similar to the Magnificent 7 and it could sell well

I remember him saying he wouldn't promote Danny Williams anymore... and didn't stick to that for long. When Danny was totally, totally shot, Frank promoted Williams vs Chisora.

Fair enough, its what boxing promoters do, i just don't understand the need for grand proclamations at this point in time. Boxing is a business and somebody somewhere should be trying really hard to get Chisora vs Haye on. Perhaps there'd be a digit short on the paycheck for Haye's liking but if he can't get a world title fight, this is the next best thing for him, and a convincing win over Chisora would finish off Derek's career at world level.... which personally I would not like to see, but if Haye dislikes him so much, why not take the fight and end his career ?

chisora - clever or foolish ?

A year's ban during his prime is a disaster. He may have generated interest but he needs to be able to box to cash in on it.

He has lost 3 out of his last 4. He won one after the Fury fight.
and he was beaten very controversially by helenius for the european title.

haye v chisora is a good grudge match and i hope it happens. a bad tempered battle between 2 guys who have made twats of themselves in germany based upon conduct (and also in haye's case, performance).

Resolving The Chisora/ Haye Scuffle

Haye can't be banned as he has no licence and I take it can't apply for one now.
Can you imagine the state of British heavyweight boxing if they were both banned?? = even worse than now.

I believe the answer is Haye gets his licence and Chisora and Haye should meet in the ring as an eliminator for the title but both purses go to charity.
That way they get to fight save face and do it for a good cause.

Other than this heavyweight boxing in britain rests with Tyson Fury and that is not good.

This way we would see who really wants it most.

So anyone who gets involved in a scuffle now has to work for free?

I am sure Haye could get himself a 'Latvian' licence ala Danny Williams, and the BBBoC would lose their cut. So I guess that means Haye gets his licence back with a slap on the wrist.

Which charity? There are hundreds of deserving causes (and dodgy ones).

Sky said they are not planning PPV's but they didnt say they were never doing a PPV ever again, they just said there were no PPV worthy fights on horizon.
