Yes it will be an expansion of 10 weeks of the current points system.

No, any future points systems will not affect what has already come to pass, it will not be done retrospectively, it will just bring too much work.

I think Hagler is lower than he should be, shouldn't he have more points? he beat Pacquiao and got a Draw against Mayweather under the F.O.L. Inc. banner and also has 2 previous wins before he was signed, I don't care if those are counted but by beating Pac and getting a draw vs Money May I believe his tally should be 3 pts, no?

You are right, Hagler should be on 3 pts in Week 13.

Duran did... He got 1 point for the draw. And that's what happens... World Champions only get the 4 pts when they win the fight.
