Personally I see this fight being a 'one off' if you look at the boards statement they are not naming anyone specific, the promoters of this fight are suaerland and allegedly, neither have a BBBofC license so the board will have to be very careful if they start accusing anyone with a BBBofC promoters license of promoting this fight.
Bruce baker could be in trouble as he is the only one really who has declared he is part of this show, maybe chisora's manager and trainer could also be in trouble and that goes for Hayes manager and trainer also but again it is something the board must be willing to be challenged in the Law courts over.
if Chisora's manager has his managers license revoked it is no big deal, I am sure their are a dozen people around him who can manage any future fighters.
Whatever way the BBBofC act they must be willing to face the consequences in the courts and are they financially secure enough to do this, I doubt it.
I cannot see anyone trying to break away and form another board, the Olympics is just weeks away and if we have any success in the games do you honestly think a medal winner will join an organisation and box under a Luxenbourg license.
