Think it will be a fairly close fight. Think Burns wins on points though, although I am biased as I really want him to win! Knock out would be preferble though Billy if you can help arrange that

I love this match up but with 3 months to go and both camps fully focused (i hope) i see Ricky edging it...just.

I wouldn't call Mitchell a bad boy. Always seemed very respectful towards opponents etc.
Away from the ring he might have his problems but I doubt that's because he is a bad person or nasty etc. Just doesn't think.

Mate theres no chance of Ronnie being on the show hes not promoted by FW or AM so no chance when they have plenty fighters to get on the show.

I think Burns will win.

I lean towards Ricky, more so in Scotland. Kevin has already shown he can unravel. I think 135 suits the taller man too.

But absolutely in no way is Kevin Mitchell a big underdog. I just think the fight has been made far to late for him. He's lost all momentum from the Murray performance. I hope he can find the drive again to train and dedicate himself to this one. Against Murray he was facing the end of his career, this time he will be cockier.

great news. i see burns winning a tough, tense bout. mitchell might look great in spurts but i think he'll have to rally dig in to stay in this fight. burns knows how to control the action, at this level. he's asserttive, awkward and makes the other guy do a lot of work. hoepfully a really memorable fight, hopefully it catches fire, especially after all the stalling.

Billy surely one of your Superfeather weights would be willing to fight Ronnie? As an away fighter it wouldn't matter who promoted Ronnie.. I know Ronnie respects all your fighters and gets on with them but surely you must be considering him to fight one of your guys. Unless there's another reason??

3 months to go though still, and i believe he will get in shape and be well up for it.

That been said i'm in camp Burns for this one.....Ricky is perhaps my fav british boxer at the moment and i think he will win a classic...just.

I know its still awhile away, i just have a feeling tha inactivity and this weight gain may come back to bite him here, especially against someone like Burns who could make weight tomorrow
