What a robbery. Savon was the busier, and Joshua didn't throw any punch in the last round. Joshua defensively very bad.

Savon obviously won that fight, not that you'd guess it by listening to the house shills in the commentary box.

Savon made Joshua look like a strong, gormless, lumbering goon. The corruption never ends.

That guy was a terrible style matchup for Joshua, the Cuban surely won by 4 or 5 points.

the rest of the field has a lot of shorter pug types with no defence who just wade in and whale away, Cammarelle, the ajerbaijani, that fat moroccan, etc. Joshua is always going to be favoured against those guys, particularly here...

So Joshua is up against the heavy handed Chinese fella next.

He should come through that. Chinese guy is cumbersome and very hittable. I see a stoppage.

Agree with most on here Joshua was lucky in the last round, he just wouldn't let his hands go enough . The cuban had better variety in his work.
Joshua was four points up by the third (not in my eyes, more even stevens)which helped but I still reckon he lost by a point or two.

The most entertaining night of boxing so far IMO .

Thought Joshua got the nod on a decision that could of gone either way, but IMO it wasn't a robbery like most people have stated, I thought it was going to count back after the last, if Joshua wins gold everyone will forget this one !

Thats great news for the Japanese lad, i can't remember a decision like that getting over turned before. But he definatly deserved to go through

Last night's fights made some of the pro game's dubious officiating look rather tame.

First the Japanese kid gets jobbed out of a DQ win.

Then the Iranian - what a farcical piece of corruption that was.

Joshua getting the nod didn't surprise me, you could see it coming a mile off, it's just a shame it was spotlighted by the prior shenanigans.

A positive trifecta of fu*kery.

Round 1 was close, personally I thought the Ukrainian pissed rounds 2 and 3.....Hope the Ukrainian turns pro now he will do very well imo.

Two standing counts is only two points, and the 2nd count never should of been !
It was a good win for ogogo get of his back, if you think the decisions are dodgy don't watch !
