How many shots did John McDermott or Sam Sexton land out of interest? Would people celebrate and shout 'your shit and you know you are' if either of those guys ended up knocked clean out and were unconscious on the floor with blood pissing out their head.

It's all well and good saying he didn't land a punch, but there are hundreds of fights where punches aren't landed in the first 2 minutes. If I was a heavyweight fighting David Price I wouldn't be marching across the ring gung ho and throwing like a but case that's for sure.

I don't think too many there tonight are genuine fight fans. A lot come to these events because of the occasion and the local lad is on the bill etc. Price is well supported, always has been and he will tap in to the football fan connection given his love for the bin dippers.

For all his hard training and good intentions Audley was very wide eyed going into the ring and seemed very nervous inside the ring. In a boxing bout if you don't show a bit of intent (by throwing hard punches) then you are surely inviting an onslaught. The punches that caught Harrison were very hard and his career must be over.

If you were a heavyweight fighting price would you paw and feint a jab and not throw a hard punch? What would be the plan? Hope Price tripped over and twisted his ankle?

Price v Fury will be a barn burner.

Price will hammer the beejeezuz out of him. Fury isn't in the same league skills wise, and certainly doesn't have anything approching Price's power.

Price really does look the real deal, I predicted a while back that he will go all the way. Even if his chin does prove to be suspect, it's going to take someone pretty good to expose it. His power also means a hell of a lot of people will get knocked out trying.

I think Price in theory could catch the tail end of Wlad's reign if he is moved a bit quicker, and he definitely has the power to trouble him. He would be a big underdog and rightly so, but with power and physical gifts like that he has an outside shot at catching Wlad and putting it on him.

If it was me I'd be looking to feel my way into the fight and get through a round or 2. Cover up when Price throws and look to get into clinches and look to land my shots in those clinches in the first round or 2 and then after that start perhaps letting the shots go a bit more. Audley wasn't ever gonna do a ducking and diving Joe Frazier job in there obviously and fighting the taller guy usually requires that. Obviously I am not a boxing coach and (probably) never will be but in 12 round fights you don't always have to look great in the first 3 rounds. Carl Thompson v David Haye is the best example I can think of for that.
