After watching Gregorio Vargas beat Hodkinson , i thought there's a guy that will hold the title for a few years, he then never won another world title fight.

Same as Colin McMillan, i thought he'd be a p4p in the british ratings when i saw him box on the way up, it all seemed so natural for him, yes he won a world title , but i thought he'd be a long reign.

Great calls, particularly Vargas - I remember the commentator referring to him as a New Mexican great in the making... And then he ran into a prime Kevin Kelley...

I championed Danny Williams to win a version of a world title (not after he beat Tyson, but before that - before losing to Samil Sam).

I championed Attila Levin to show himself as world class. Amazing to think it was Ray Austin who would go on to fight for a world title (and win an eliminator bout).

thats the beauty of this sport,you just never can tell how a fight will pan out ,certainly at title level.as soon as youve been proven wrong you think "oh yeh how did i not see that fight going that way"

I think a solicitor can easily defend because he better know that how to deal with a case.Because he have a great experienced that what to do if you have to face any problem and how to fix it.

You should learn a lesson from that i.e. British fighters get hyped like no other, no nation has the blind faith and lack of objectivity that Brits (particularly the English) have. Whenever you pick a Brit to win a big fight, or England to win a football match, or similar...stop...take off your patriotic hat and reassess. The idea that Ricky was anywhere near Floyd's level is almost comical, but tens of thousands believed.

Comical or not no better feeling the anticipation of a fight event when you know there up against it but faith all be it blind tells you its possible.
