a) Perhaps they have no faith that it will go ahead, given that the last two dates have fallen through; they might also be unconvinced regarding the reasons for them falling through in the first place
b) Might they have financial concerns which haven't been addressed to their satisfaction?

Ricky's manager is quoted in the Scottish press as saying he never believed the Vazquez fight was going to happen.
I've just posted my ticket back to Ticketmaster for a refund of £50 with nothing to show but almost £10 of their extortionate processing and posting fees lost and my hotel cancelled. Fortunately I had held off on booking my train from Liverpool to London.
If Warren's on his way out of promoting then I won't shed a tear.......a ticket bought for a Maloney or Hearn show is a lot more likely to still be needed come fight night than for one of Fwank's "phantom" events....
