Foreman
Frazier
Holyfield
Johnson, and
Holmes
All above Lewis? yeah right.
How come Lewis didn't keep his word about giving V. Klitscho a rematch?
Mum didn't think it was such a good idea, eh?

Why would a
38 year old lacking motivation with more than a $100 million in the bank bother about rematches? Get real.
Because Mummy said no, I reckon.[/quote]
Could be right, but doubtful.
Would you like to give me a list of Heavies that are worth more than a $100 million dollars today, ( not earned it, but kept it and still have it ) then we will discuss whose mum said what.

I don't rank Lewis that high because he got flatlined by two fighters that aren't even top 200 HW's. Who cares if he avenged them.
The other question is, how overrated are Johnson and Marciano?
That means Roberto Duran is shite, because he lost to Esteban DeJesus and Kirklaind Laing.

As ridiculous as his post was, using Dejesus as an example was foolish. The point should be obvious, no need to get upset.

It was poorly executed. Someone like Lawlor instead of Dejesus and you would have nailed it.

Listing DeJesus in response to his statement was stupid. H What's really ironic is that you chastised me over not being able to admit when I'm wrong. Here's your chance big man.

It's your chance to admit you're wrong. Foreman states two things clearly in the video.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JmG_gR576EA
1. Don King drove to his house with a contract for a fight with Tyson and asked him to sign it.
2. George didn't come back to fight any particular boxer, he just came back for the title.
The floor is yours.

Ahh, so that's what has your bee in a bonnet? If I was wrong I would have admitted it then. Don King never wanted Tyson to face Foreman. Not for one second.
George came back for money.

You really are an egomaniac. Foreman clearly states facts on live television and you being the loon you are, think he's just making it up.

You're the one whose ego has had you pissing and moaning at me since the original thread and now you're bringing it up again. I've admitted I was wrong many times, if you don't recall them than that's your problem.
I didn't watch your video, it doesn't concern me. Public figures say things all of the time. You already said the King offer was only for 5 million dollars. That's the oldest trick in the business world, low ball someone into saying no and it takes the blame off of you.
As I told you in the actual thread a month or two ago. We will never agree on it so there is no need to go further.
Wow, and this is the guy bragging about his wonderful life? Still obsessing over the same dead end.

Dempsey never 'refused' to fight black fighters; he was ready to fight Wills but Rickard nixed the fight. And besides Wills, Langford (by the time Dempsey arose as a top contender in 1917-18) was getting beat-up by Fred Fulton (who Jack annihilated in one round), McVey was fighting in Panama, and Jeannette past his best and relatively inactive.

He signed to fight Wills. None of the other top black heavyweights would have had a chance. Their time had gone. And unfortunately their lack of title chances falls at Johnson's feet.
My guess is that Wills would have beaten Dempsey pre-Willard. But once Dempsey became champ I think he'd have won.
If Jack only missed one challenger out then that's a lot better than many guys who are getting ranked above him.

I know Fitz was a physicla freak and a truly amazing fighter a top 20 p4p minimum...but he's just too small...
I think Tunney was a better fighter than many above him but again size is an issue.
