How is it a stupid comment?! You're the one coming out with idiotic comments like GSP would get his ass handed to him in that kind of fight. Well that could have something to do with the fact that GSP is a MIXED MARTIAL ARTIST, he's not a boxer. His greatest strength is his wrestling so if you take his biggest asset away from him then of course he's going to be at a disadvantage.

They were and are in certain cases, great strikers. They'd all be suited to that.

I'm sure he's got experience of fighting without wrestling, I'm sure he does training/sparring sessions purely on stand up fighting without the groundwork and I bet he's still a good fighter. It's not that ridiculous to compare them. I think the gypsey would win in those conditions and gsp would win in the octogon.

Ah yeah it would be tough no doubt, if you let him wrestle though he would be able to control the situation and whilst it would probably be boring as fornicate to watch he wouldnt get his jaw shattered

A good mate of mine just told me the two fighters in this video ,Mason and Smith is gonna fight again soon ,Smith reckons he wasn't fit or prepared , gonna be a hell of a return fight that .

Couldnt take my eyes of it right through good fight .Amazing stamina and punch resilance from both men. Not usually a fan of this sort of thing but when theres no baying crowd crowding round the back of a transit to watch on telly and just 2 fit guys and with a decent ref its entertaining and brutal.
