You said "I for one don't see him able to take on a prime holmes or lewis?". ----- Really?

A prime Joe Frazier against a prime Larry Holmes. What do you see happening in this fight?

A prime Joe Frazier against a prime Lennox Lewis. What do you see happening in this match up?

You said "prime tyson would have been hagler-hearns at heavy". ------ With Joe and Mikes styles, it sure points towards this.

A prime Joe Frazier against a prime Mike Tyson. What do you see happening in this fight?

What advantages (If any) would Joe have over Mike?

Who would win this fight?

You said "Are people ranking him on ability or achievement". ------- On both.

How should Joe Frazier rank, in regards to ability, in boxings heavyweight division?

How should Joe rank, in regards to his achievement, in the heavyweight division?

You think Vitali Klitschko would have beat Joe Frazier?

A prime Joe Frazier against a prime Vitali Klitschko. What do you see happening in this fight?

You think Vitali would have beat George Foreman?

You said "I have Holmes, Ali, Louis, Dempsey, Marciano, Lewis, Holyfield, Foreman, Langford and the Klitschko brothers in the top 11". -----

I sure see Joe Louis, Muhammad Ali, Larry Holmes, George Foreman, Lennox Lewis, Jack Dempsey and Rocky Marciano in the top 11. I can see Evander Holyfield in the top 11.

Mind if I ask, how do you see the Klitschko brothers in the top 11?

Should Sam Langford make the top 11?

Could Sam compete successfully against the top heavyweight boxers who fought from 1930 till now?

Could Sam Langford really compete successfully, especially against the top heavyweight boxers from 1959 till 2002?

He makes my top 10 but probably the lower part of it. His win over Muhammad Ali was one of the best single victories in heavyweight championship history, but also over shadowed by the fact that Ali had only fought twice in four years and ultimately ended up winning the trilogy. He twice defeated Jerry Quarry, beat Buster Mathis, Jimmy Ellis, George Chuvalo, Joe Bugner and an aged Machen. The worst fighter he ever lost to was George Foreman. Not a bad resume by any means.

That summary of his biggest wins and losses sums up his career pretty well. I have him ranked #5. He is clearly behind Ali and Louis, but Frazier, Foreman, Johnson,Holmes,Dempsey,Marciano, Holyfield, and Lewis are all fairly close.
