It is possible to be prejudiced against white people, but not racist. The reason is because racism is not simply the act of being prejudiced toward people of a certain race, but the systematic oppression by a society of a certain race. White people don't experience racial profiling (police, potential employers, ect), nor have we been criticized or killed because another race of people saw our culture as wrong (forcefully taking land from the Native Americans, bringing democracy to the Middle East). Since we have never experienced any of this (and are actually the ones who started doing this in the first place), "reverse racism" doesn't exist. In fact, it is racist to claim it does, as it invalidates what our white society does to people of color on a daily basis.
