Colin Lynes maybe or Matthew Hatton are probably the most realistic, logical opponents i can think of top of my head or maybe Ajose Olusegun

When did anyone say Warren was going to pay £100,000 for the opponent? I doubt Frankie's getting half of that.

You really think that offer was genuine? This is a domestic opponent, so Frankie can win the Lonsdale outright, he's being moved well, there's no need to rush him.

He wants nobody close to genuine world class.

Like I said, there's no need to rush, win the Lonsdale outright then go for the European in December. Gavin should be moving to world level sometime around the back end of next year.

You are just been argumentative. There probably is 100,000 on the table for Brook, but nobody else(except Khan!). If Haye pulled out tomorrow, does that mean there is 5million on the table for anyone to box Fury, like a Sprott or Towers or so? Stop twisting things...

He's got to be doing 30 hasn't he Martin? Signed a big contract when he went over, I heard he got ten for his debut. Unless it got rewritten when he went through his bad patch and messed people about a bit.

if there was 100k on the table for brook why wait until after the senchenko fight is announced to declare it?.....

in his latest column he claims senchenko is on a six-figure purse and that hearn should have brought a world champion over for that purse....he's got 100k for frankie's opponent so is he bringing a world champ over? ......can't wait for the opponent to be announced.......

So if he fought Brook it would have been on the undercard at the Copperbox? Different fight, different circumstances, as I guess you know, unless you are a bit slow...Definitely 100,000+ for Brook or the like at the NEC or somewhere for a decent title. Sept 21st is all about keeping busy and winning the Lonsdale belt outright. Would you like me to run through this again for you mate?

When its a fight of the calibre of Brook, then yes, of course. Don't know when it will be though. I would put him in with Kell tomorrow.

Twice British champion, admittedly a few years ago, with 1 proper defeat, who else could they have brought in?

Really? Barnes is not match fit for this sort of bout, may as well get James Hare.
