Re: Hull Show - Sat 2nd November- RBR
Has Towers misspelled hero on his t-shirt?

I think this is a very good card. Some very evenly matched fights on offer.
Re: Hull Show - Sat 2nd November- RBR
You dont see Brendan ingle at many fights these days so it shows the kind of fella towers is.

I meant in terms of depth and names.Deno1986 wrote:I think this is a very good card. Some very evenly matched fights on offer.

not much in r1. Towers very very cautious and Browne trying to unload.
Re: Hull Show - Sat 2nd November- RBR
What a strange jab Towers has. He jumps back when he throws it.

Haha yeah I thought fornicate me he looks like Phil Taylor!steve689 wrote:Lol, not just me then! I thought at first what is Phil Taylor getting in the ring for?!columbo wrote:steve wood looks like he's phil taylors brother

Yea, it's a horrible technique he has.steve689 wrote:What a strange jab Towers has. He jumps back when he throws it.
Re: Hull Show - Sat 2nd November- RBR
I think he's scared to over commit with it incase he gets countered over the top. David Price is similar with his jab.steve689 wrote:What a strange jab Towers has. He jumps back when he throws it.

r2 again not much action. Towers had a decent right towards the end of the round but not enough to hurt Browne really.

I would favour Joshua over the pair of these after this showing so far.
Re: Hull Show - Sat 2nd November- RBR
Both of these look pretty awful to be honest.
Re: Hull Show - Sat 2nd November- RBR
Towers looks terrified of Browne at the minute.
Re: Hull Show - Sat 2nd November- RBR
The pair of them are shite. Browne was once dropped by Scott Belshaw.

Towers just got whacked at the end of r3. He's sitting and breathing hard though! Who knows what r4 will bring!

And there is why
Re: Hull Show - Sat 2nd November- RBR
When Towers got hurt he reminded me a bit of Tyson Fury there with that funny grin and dance.
Re: Hull Show - Sat 2nd November- RBR
Says a lot about the state of James Toney that he was comfortably beaten by Browne. Jim Watt has just come out with a vintage 'bang on the chen'steve689 wrote:The pair of them are shite. Browne was once dropped by Scott Belshaw.
Re: Hull Show - Sat 2nd November- RBR
Towers gets hurt then stays on the ropes with his left down like he thinks he is FMJ.
Re: Hull Show - Sat 2nd November- RBR
This would be a good comeback for Price or on in his second fight back. For all his flaws he'd destroy both of these fella's I think.
