I almost guessed it as well, but I wasn't too familiar with him. I've seen photos of him getting whacked by Monzon though and I thought I recognized the face, but I wasn't sure.

Yep, Buzz is on the money again, it's Tonna.
I believe he is a frenchman of North African heritage and I read somewhere that his cousin is Charlie Magri, the old WBC Flyweight champ from the early 80's.
