Parker is rapidly improving while Browne is the best he's going to be.

It will be interesting to see who they find for Parker next, hopefully not another unknown with a fancy record.

Thoughts on Malik Scott as an opponent? A step to far at this point?

Parker should move to another commonwealth country close to where the action is. Maybe Canada or Scotland. Less media exposure and pressure to perform. Greater access to good sparring and increasingly higher quality of opponents. Nothing against Oz. Not too many good heavyweights in Indonesia or China.

I think that is one of the dumbest posts I've ever read on this forum, where to begin? Why would a young man, living in a beautiful country near his friends and family, every fight he has is ppv. His management throw money behind him left right and centre , he travels to Germany every so often to spar Wlad (he's there now). You think he should give all that up to live in a backwards non boxing country like Canada? Where it gets to minus 40??? Or even funnier Scotland? Where a vegetable is rarer than a top quality boxer? And it doesn't quite get to minus 40 but its not far off..... Scotland is one of the grimest countries in the world matched only by the serial killer capital of the world Canada, that's full of w#nkers like Bryan Adams and Celine Dion! Plus dummy he's from New Zealand not Australia, you have the geographical qualities of a 4 year old American (is Canada in the U.S.A?) He trains at trainers Kevin Barry's in house/gym in Las Vegas, and has fought in the U.S several times already. How much pressure do you think is on him in a rugby, league even cricket mad country like NZ?

ATM, there's sufficient coin behind him to fight on home soil & at same time lift NZ's pro boxing profile. NZ Sky Arena ppv is in the mix.

Look at your own boxing history. How much further would Colin Bell, Tom Heeney, Alan Campbell and other heavies have improved had they had experienced American or even British trainers and plenty of first-rate sparring partners? I mention Canada and Scotland because they are both countries with small populations like Australia/New Zealand, somewhat similar cultures, and across the border from major boxing centres.
They can make gobs of money fighting hand-picked imports, but how much will their skills improve? Where will they rate in history? But I guess that doesn't really matter much anymore...

Browne is very limited, although in saying that, he's been very successful mainly due to his power and size, once he steps up to a level just below Klit he will be found out..... He will get pummelled against Wlad.
Parker should win if the raps are right about him

It would probably most likely happen if Lucas Browne wins the WBA Regular title and Joseph Parker doesnt lose a fight and climb up the rankings

Does the Regular title come with two pairs of pants?

I can't believe people would even consider this a good fight. Give SBW a solid year of training, and I would have money on him to beat Browne!
Parker and Browne are different classes!
