Stop the hate flinging and think for a change... Name the Middleweights Robinson beat who were slick boxers... None of Robinson's Middleweight opponents were of the caliber of Roy Jones, James Toney, Bernard Hopkins, Rodrigo Valdez, Michael Nunn, Mike McCallum, or Emile Griffith.
As I said, Robinson's record in Middleweight Title Defenses was 3-3 while Monzon's record in Middleweight Title Defense was 14-0... and SRR lost to Gene Fullmer, Randy Turpin, and Carmen Basilio who would have been murdered by Monzon... SRR just wasn't a very big, strong, or powerful punching Middleweight like Monzon... Monzon would have broken him down and given him a very bad beating.
