I had Froch up 4-3 but Groves winning the 8th before the stoppage. So had he seen the bell, i'd have had it all square through 8.
But its all pointless, Froch finished him in style to avoid any controversial score cards.

First post here but here's my view from seeing it in the stadium. I've not watched it back.

I had it groves 4-3 and just edging the 8th. My mate had it froch 4-3 but groves growing in the 8th.

At my gym last night one of the trainers had groves 3rounds up so 5-2.

I thought Carls jab was a bit like in the first fight powderpuff and just out there to keep George at bay. That to me doesn't show controlling the centre. Everyone around me said it was heading to a split decision but looking at the judges cards groves may have been onto a points win if he didn't try and throw at that time.

I liked groves work when he landed it was usually clean, froch was in flurries but tended to find the arms or gloves.

But it doesn't matter as that right hand was devastating and had it been th other way round would have ended froch. One of those punches and like Carl said probably his best ever
