Certainly is one of my favourites, off there tomorrow night actually for pre-curry drink. Still very popular, got refurbished about 3/4 years ago, they moved the toilets upstairs (they used to be behind the bar in the 90's). So they opened up round the back so its a lot bigger now, that's the only change still same vibe from when I moved here in 92.bennie wrote:Is the Griffin Inn still there, KOJOE?
I knew you'd know that one. The big student's pub. I actually went to school in Loughborough (Garendon and Burleigh). Had a lot of laughs.KOJOE90 wrote:Certainly is one of my favourites, off there tomorrow night actually for pre-curry drink. NO but it is a natural progression, for example my grandad was coal miner, my dad managerial my brother a director, im just a fuckup hahaha
its admirable that parents want to provide progression and a better life for their kids cant thanks my folks enough, but ive been lucky. I know this and try and repay as much as I can e.g. my old man and me going to twickenham tomorrow. he dont pay a thing or more importantly organise anything. (money is just money right). I cant wait to have larf with him.
dont pay much heed to class myself I get on with anyone who is honest and straight forward even if they have a differnet outlook to me, its the bullshitters i have issues with

Come on, depends on the context. I have all the time in the world for someone who grasses up a child killer or a rapist.bennie wrote:You know, if there's one thing I hate in this world, it's grassers. Cowardly grassers ought to be strung up and left to die as far as I'm concerned.
There is grassing, and there is grassing.

I hate grasses myself. i almost got expelled from college because of one. They always turn out to be gay as well, for some reason.
Most annoying thing ever... People chewing their food/chewing gum WITH THEIR MOUTH OPEN!! Absolutely disgusting. If someone is doing this beside me, I'll walk away. It annoys me SOOO much!

It's even worse when they keep asking each other stupid questions likeREAL_DEAL wrote:
I also when i am in the cinema and there are kids who always talk throught the film or people who make a noise when eating
:x :x :x :x
"Why did he shoot him?"
"Is he a goody or a baddie?"
"I thought Brad Pitt was in this film?"
"Who ate the last of the popcorn?"
"What did he just say?" etc etc etc
They should have special showings of films with subtitles for the hard of understanding.

What about little scallys sitting around near bus stops, who throw insults at random members of the public to impress their mates.
