So we should let him risk his own health here, because of the safety controls the board has, in doing so breaking most of those safety rules. It isn't safe for Danny to fight anywhere, but unfortunately there are people out there who are willing to give him a license for their own financial gain, at the detriment of his short and long term health.

If he was about to jump off a bridge, would you say that and walk away, or try to talk him down, call the police or physically restrain him? Because that's what he's doing to himself, just in a slower, much more painful fashion.

Are people trying to claim Williams is fine because he isnt sustaining a lenghty beating?

Thats says more about his severe lack of punch resistence,he's almost certain to go over these days

I'd like to see the BBBoC and the Latvians write up their reasons why Danny is and isnt fit to box professionally,the whys and the why nots,just to compare and im like to hear the Latvians give their reasons

Danny Williams, without knowing it, is slowly committing suicide by carrying on fighting, he probably won't die in the ring, but he will take years, possibly decades off his life and certainly won't be able to live in good health, all for a few quid. But that's ok with you, as you have no compassion towards another human being.

Not telling anyone what to do just looking out for someone's best interest, call it an act of compassion for a fellow human being.

There is a very good argument for whilst he's probably fighting on to pay for his childrens education and killing himself in the process basically which whilst very selfless, it's not a good thing. Whats the point in his kids having an amazing education but in the process having a near on possibly brain dead dad and knowing that they are when they are in life (in the future) because of him continuining to fight on and thus that their education and place in life came at the cost of their dad dying young or possibly being in a near on vegetative state. Cant imagine that would feel nice for them.

By my count, just based on the knockdowns listed on his boxrec record, he's been dropped 22 times and stopped 12 times, when you add in the knockdowns that aren't listed, he's probably been down 30 odd times in his career. Vitali Klitschko gave him a right pasting, Sinal Sam had him down 3 times, Chisora, who's no puncher, ran through him in 2 rounds. You can see the effects on Danny when he's in the ring, he can't take a punch anymore and he can barely throw one of his own, sadly I think the damage has been done at this stage.

At the end of the day it is his life, I do wonder how much the last 5 years (since Chisora) has taken out of him neurologically because at the moment he gets stopped by a decent jab these days.

Danny's chin is so bad these days, that I watched his last fight and even started to wonder if he starting to "take a dive". Why do even european promoters use him.... NO FIGHTER can learn anything now fighting Danny.

His body language isn't great either, doesn't look even look down when he loses in embarrassing fashion. Is he looking for easy way out these days?

Im sorry, but while I do not think he should be fighting on its not our decision that he does. If the BBBoC cannot stop him and they are the ones in the UK that says Yay or Nah then we cant stop him either. If he does himself damage he cannot blame anyone except himself.

Danny will probably box on for as long as he's allowed but he's not the first by a long shot and certainly won't be the last its just strange that we will be there watching his demise as its happening, we have the choice not to watch but we always will

It would be interesting to know the net amount of cash that ends up in Danny's back pocket after these sort of fights, after travel expenses etc. five hundred quid ? A grand ?
