A right hand opened the cut on Vitali in the third round. The fight was a tough one as Lewis was the heaviest of his career as he was training for Kurt Johnson, whom Lewis would have walked through. To change up and replace Johnson with Klitchko is quite the adjustment wouldn't you say? Especially with two weeks to fight date. I'm sure Lewis would've trained much harder if Klitchko was the original challenger. Ref had fight even after six.
