Scary thing is that 7 months ago he was lying in a hospital bed with two broken legs and the doctors were wondering if he would walk properly again, he's already back and hitting like that. Given a few months training and a 4 or 5 fights, he'll be a fantastic pro.

Im thinking we're gonna see the same sort of performance from Macklin that Groves gave against Rebrasse, dominant for the most part but without putting a real dent into Heiland

Looks like Spike's challenge to Macklin will fall on barren ground. MM is going to retire after this one.

Macklin just looking for the money shot, going to lose by late stoppage or by points at this rate

Macklin won the 8th.

Watt was very dismissive of everything Macklin was doing there.

Shades of Aaron Pryor about Heiland, he's just not going to stop. Macklin just landed his sunday punch and Heiland just came right back at him, survives that round but not much longer, one of those rare cases where a boxer's resord really does lie

Its easy to get carried away but i think Macklin has to retire,i thought that during the fight,he's gone, nothing but fighting heart kept him in they last few rounds
