Anybody wonder why there has been no promotion or press tour about this fight. Alhaymon doesnt not want stiverne name promoted. The fight is built as Wilder winning the WBC belt for USA. On all the TV commercials its WILDER.
Roc nation were winning the purse bids and naturally stiverns team wanted it but Goldenboy/Alhaymon would have got him stripped. Its sad how they wanted the WBC belt for free so badly.
I really hope this doesn't go to the judges.
The only good thing is that shoudl Wilder win, his options will a Voluntary, Mandatory vs Povetkin, Or Unification vs Wladimir
He will certainly take a voluntary. Lets hope the russians win purse bid should Povetkin get his shot.
