And Neven Pajikic as well who was 16-0 with 5 knockouts going into the Commonwealth match up. So it is going to be interesting to see how Fury's chin would stack against messers Wilder and Klitschko.493dart wrote:Fury is B level. very little boxing skills , mild power for a giant, and a glass jaw --see the Cunningham fight.
Wilder absolutely destroys him within 2 rounds . no question

Re: Deontay Wilder vs. Tyson Fury
In the last two years Tyson Fury has fought 3 times. Once against cruiserweight Steve Cunningham who is hardly a world-beater at any weight; once against journeyman Joey Abell; and once again against Chisora who was there to collect a paycheque. Not exactly stiff competition. Certainly seems likely his people are hoping they don't have to fight anyone like Wilder or Jennings before they get their big payday with Klitschko. Fury reminds me of "The Gorgeous Gael" Jack Doyle, though maybe not as skillful. A very colourful character and a good draw at the gate, but no world champion. Based on Fury-Chisora and Wilder-Stiverne, I have to pick Wilder to pull off the win.

Re: Deontay Wilder vs. Tyson Fury
Fury has been put down by a much small fighter and someone several levels below world class. To his credit he got up and won but against a bigger puncher there is room for doubt. I have Wilder by stoppage in my mind although I don't rule out a Fury points win.
If the fight happens it will be a big test of Fury's skills and probably an even bigger test of his heart/chin as he will almost certainly go over; possibly more than once.

This is harsh and inaccurate. Fury has a good jab, good power, works to the body very well, and can beat beat you from the orthodox and southpaw stance. Fury has loads of talent. His defense is suspect though but if he had a glass jaw he wouldn't be undefeated. He is a work in progress but a very good work.
Wilder could win in a couple rounds, but it's a HUGE question.
Re: Deontay Wilder vs. Tyson Fury
It depends, as always, on which Tyson turns up.
If he's fit, well prepared, got the right game plan and stays disciplined, I fancy fury.
If he doesn't, someone with Wilders right hand is the wrong man to get in the ring with.
I agree with earlier posts, location may also play a big part in the outcome.
