I wouldnt donate anything to him. This is the same Danny williams that was paid circa £750k for fighting Wlad Klitschko. If he hasnt invested his career earnings wisely then unlucky for him.
Its Williams' choice to fight on, no one else's and his life doesn't depend on the decision making process for him fighting on.
His real decision should be whether he puts his kids into schooling that he can afford.
