Anybody watching the Spike TV card?
Re: Anybody watching the Spike TV card?
Every time a boxer wins, the interviewer mentions a world title shot. It's tradition.
Re: Anybody watching the Spike TV card?
They're taking a half an hour break.
Can somebody explain why I have been trying to moderate my beer intake?

Moderation is for examiners, not Saturday nights

Well, they were supposed to do 7.30pm to 10pm on Spike, but Ajisafe finished early, so they just stopped the show at 9:30pm.freddydoesdallas wrote:Is it not because they're going to ch5 at 10pm.ILikeBeer wrote:They're taking a half an hour break.

I had an eight pack, and intended to drink 4 cans with the undercard, and 4 with the main event portion of the show. I was about to crack open my fourth at 9.30pm, and they ended the show. Considering the last Spike card was two hours, and I drank five cans, 3 cans in two hours feels like nothing.
I was pissed I'd deliberately drank slowly to fit it all in.

Should be cutting back anyway. I got five earmarked for the football tomorrow evening anyway.freddydoesdallas wrote:

Early evening. I think it's a 5pm kick off. Lets hope it's better than the Ireland game.freddydoesdallas wrote:What time is that on?ILikeBeer wrote:Should be cutting back anyway. I got five earmarked for the football tomorrow evening anyway.freddydoesdallas wrote:

Your accent is part of who you are. A person should never be embarrassed of their accent.freddydoesdallas wrote:No offence (well as little as possible) but that's no accent for a world boxing champion!!!

Re: Anybody watching the Spike TV card?
Clubber Language couldn't have had a decent world title reign anyway. He's never be able to travel anywhere to defend.
Let's face it. There was a guy who weren't getting on no plane.

The lack of accent is still part of who you are, and how you were raised.freddydoesdallas wrote:my folk don't have an accentILikeBeer wrote:Your accent is part of who you are. Should others have the right to command you to have one?
