If Kovacs needs an operation on his neck it will be interesting to see how far off his next fight is.

Jason Moloney vs Danilo Gabisay - 6 rounds

And further want to watch a few of the lesser likes on the card. Just a positiove view on things which seems to be few and far between with posters on this forum.

I have been to 5 green fights and have never been disappointed in the show. I honestly cant say i know these names on the card but then im not the sort of person who is in the know about up and comers unless i read it here. His undercards are never dull. Perhaps Kelandbeave just cant afford to pay to see the fights? Im so poor i cant afford to pay attention to him.

Don't be a sook he has every right to voice his opinion. Just because you are gullible enough to pay $50 or are content to pay to go and watch a card of mismatched fights don't get upset because other people have a different opinion to you.

Nobody would mind if he just did it off his own bat but he is again using you know who to sell his crappy fight. The constant defending of a coward who continually calls out a fighter fighting 30lbs lighter than him is very boring. Thank you forum..................for freedom of speech. :TU:

Green has fought the guy who you are trying to introduce to the discussion before and will probably fight him again.

So Green dropping his name when it helps sell tickets to his own fight is both relevant and good for business at the same time. He would be mad not to.

Just be thankful he is not racially vilifying his opponent's family.

Calling Green a coward without good reason and from the safety of your keyboard says a lot about you

The poster who I was replying to calls fighters of colour far more accomplished than Green cowards. Green is calling out a JMW instead of someone his own weight fact. I am a massive Geale fan and was glad he beat Mundine especially after what he said about Gealey's wife but Green has called Mundine a p***ant, cat, insignificant a nagging ex-wife looking for a payout and made fake offers to charity and disrespected ANZAC's.
At least Mundine is hated for who he is rather than loved for being something he's not. :TU:

I wasn't the one complaining Bogan Whisperer was I have no problem with you saying whatever you what no matter how ridiculous. It's just words on a screen and a strangers opinion to me. makes the forum interesting if we have a diverse range of opinions. As long as it's not overly abusive or way over the top crossing the boundaries of good taste.

There does however have to be some justification for the comments people make and you have provided no justification for calling Green a coward.

Green is calling out a guy who has previously beaten him. It is very possible they will fight again and if they do it will be at an agreed weight. How does that make him a coward?

He ducks fights and gives others lip when they do the same thing. Plenty of good fighters have called him out and he fights lower level fighters and makes out he is brave. Don't see him calling out Tarver or Wlod who previously beat him and are closer to his weight division do you. :OhYes:
We will agree to disagree.

that's just rubbish.

your level of hate is a health issue imo.

spending 24 hours a day complaining about a complete stranger is a very, very odd thing to do.

Welcome to the world of professional boxing. From that comment you have just started following it.

Green fought Mundine 9 years ago. He fought Tarver 4 years ago and Wlod 3 and a half years ago, and you think he should be fighting Tarver and Wlod again first?

Do you realize Green could probably make more money fighting Mundine again than he could fighting Tarver and Wlod twice each? That's more money for one fight than for four :OhYes:

The biggest cowards are keyboard warriors who obviously don't even understand boxing who call into question professional boxer's courage.

Bogan whisperer. A few examples why Green has a hide for calling out Mundine.

http://www.smh.com.au/news/sport/exfact ... 44191.html

http://www.watoday.com.au/wa-news/mundi ... -k7v6.html

http://www.sportal.com.au/other/news/gr ... nk9u3b8xxb

This is the funny part of the last link.

The three-time world champion Green emphatically ruled out a re-match with Mundine, who beat him on points in 2006, and doubts anyone else will step into the ring with his long-time foe.

"He's boxed himself into a corner where no-one likes him, he's got nowhere to go and has no respect from the community and the people, and no respect from the boxing world," Green told Fox Sports.

"Gealey's not a big puncher and Choc (Mundine) still didn't take any risks.

"He had to take risks but he's too afraid. He's a cat and now he's licking his paws and probably got a headache from all the moonshine he drunk (sic) after the fight."

Asked if he would ever consider fighting Mundine again, Green said: "I've moved onwards and upwards since then (2006) and won three world titles and knocked out a future hall of famer, in most people's eyes, in Roy Jones Jnr in one round.

"So for me that's my legacy world-wide as a fighter.

"People respect me for having a go. I've taken on some big names and had a dig and knocked some out and been knocked out.

"I'm happy where I am and have moved on a long time ago.

Yeah you moved on a long time ago Greeny.

Are you accusing Danny Green of being a coward?

Have you ever pulled the gloves on in your life? Do you even know what it feels like to stand toe to toe with someone intent on knocking your head off? Let alone fight as a pro for 15 years?

The internet has a lot to be sorry for when it allows nobodies who have probably never demonstrated courage in their lives to call pro fighters cowards from the safety of their computers. If you want to see a real coward go and have a look in the mirror.

Noone takes you seriously or believes you are a boxing trainer. Go back to the current scene and keep watching fights at 1/4 speed. People have got better things to do than travel to wherever it is you live and spar you because you DKSAB and get caught out making threads about fights you didn't see and cry when pulled up about it.

Doesn't Danny do the same though? Suppose you think he's brave for turning down fights with Dawson and Hopkins to fight a drug addict he pulled out of rehab and a guy who had been retired over 3 years with neurological problems. You would do the same thing if Mundine called out Vic Darchynian(who fights 30lb's below Mundine and so would I).

You people who complain about what a fan writes about someone who you don't know makes me laugh. I maybe shouldn't of said coward I was just using that word because a poster here said that about a fighter I like who loves Danny Green. So I apologise for that but he is a cherrypicker and a
fight ducker though. :TU:
