Frampton would not come straight at Quigg like Martinez. For me is 55/45 in Framptons favour.
A fight with Donaire would answer a lot about Quigg if that happens. I sthink Nonito is still very dangerous at this weight class. Though against limited opposition he shown in the last fight it is not just his left hook that carries power.
I still can't see Donaire v Quigg happening, Hearn mentions good fights all the time only for someone of a lot less calibre to be announced officially.
