From memory Lockridge should have got the decision against Gomez and could have got the decision in one of the Pedroza fights.
A win against Rocky was a big deal he was a fantastic fighter. He feels like an old-time forgotten great who appears on records as just another win but he was so much more than that. I like to think of him as a great fighter. You definitely had to be great to beat him.
For the sake of argument if he gets the win in the fights mentioned I wouldn't agree with them all but there have been far, far worse decisions.
I do remember a journalist asking him why he called himself Rocky...was he a fan of Marciano and he replied, "No, Balboa."

And I always thought it was after Graziano.
I had Lockridge beating Gomez by 9 points. I have never had a guy winning by that much and not getting the decision.

Probably wouldn't have made much difference to his life, beating any of them guys, he still would have got on the drugs somewhere down the line and fu.cked up?

Who knows about that.
I do think he would be a much more highly rated fighter had he got even one of these decisions. He gets two and he is really up there. He gets three or four, and people would consider him one of the ATGs.

Rocky was a damned good fighter for minute. Have to see both Pedroza fights to make a sound judgement, but what happened with Juan was very shocking.

The LaPorte loss was bad. However, he did the same thing Mayweather. He was good for more than a just a minute. Anybody that easily beats Gomez (in reality, if not by the judges) fights on even terms with Pedroza, and almost with Chavez has to be pretty good.

An unsung great. He will be forgotten about, sadly. Seen him KO someOne on YouTube a few years ago.

It's amazing that he never fought Sanchez.

Some people are calling Rocky just a good fighter I think he was much closer to being a great fighter then just a good fighter that's a bit harsh people should remember the drugs he had problem's with during his career we are not talking about drug's like steroid's that help you cheat and make you better we are talking about drug's that make you perform worst not better he is a future HOF he could have be on the next level if he was more clean living during his hay-day's
