Minto did not look like he fancied carry on after that shot. Pity as was doing some good work on Whyte before then.

Whyte is the same height and weight as me. He could do with losing a stone and a bit. He would benefit no end.

Harsh booing, Minto took some hard shots and that last one was right on the ear. Whyte looked sloppy as anything, but his brute force is impressive.

great power again from Whyte but he took a couple of silly shots in there, pretty poor from the crowd booing as Minto looked like he came to give it a go,he was standing up to some flush right hands before wilting

Eddie and Sky breath a sigh of relief

I like AJ but c'mon the Highlander :bag: :bag: :bag:

I can't fault Pinto either. Whyte hasn't got a hope against Joshua.

Whyte looked eh... Sh1te. Minto did the right thing, he was hurt and onto a hiding.

Whyte saying he had an injured left shoulder, probably will be a good excuse to use again in December when he gets beat. Literally puncher's chance only for him against Joshua. Do still think he can be a better version of Chisora though, that raw strength will carry him past most fighters.

Good call; I've heard an open glove is more likely to cause a perforated ear drum and, from the replay, that looks like what might have happened.

First time ive seen White fight, nothing exceptional there. AJ has nowt to worry about. I did think it would only go 1 round though. Minto didnt bring anything to the party and I was very surprised it went into the 3rd round.

Yeh good comparison now you mention it and yes it does sound like an excuse in waiting.

Whyte didnt look impressive at all.

He got hit far too much and if you think what will happen if Joshua lands then it's hard to be optimistic for Whyte's chances.

You can never take injury excuses at face value, but it annoys me when boxers dont jab, especially heavyweights.

Hard to see Whyte derailing the Joshua train. Unfortunately.

Does anyone else think that when a white guy wears a flat peak cap it instantly marks him out as a bellend?

Yes, not just white people though, fair assumption that anyone wearing one is a twat until proven otherwise.

Showing a more patient side to him Dave Ryan.

Still get that sense something is going to go off in this fight soon.

A third battle of attrition between these two. What else would you expect?

Some twunt in the crowd waving whilst on the phone.

Anyone else remember the Audley v Francis fight where someone in the crowd got his arse out?
