Stiverne, povetkin, or klitscko will put him to sleep easely imo. But hopefully im wrong.
So im a fraid this is a mediastunt as mentioned.
Wilder already beat Stiverne for his paper title. Wilder had an easier time with him than he did with Molina or Duhaupas, despite stopping the latter two.
Jennings. My bad.

I can't see Jennings beating Wilder but he would pass as an acceptable opponent.

Neither has got a guy of the others calibre on their record.
I'd favour Wilder due to the fact despite his lack of opposition he still shows glimpses of class.
Perhaps not a win.
But I'm pretty sure I remember Jennings facing somebody half way decent last time out.
Just can't quite remember who....

Fedosev is about equal to Stiverne, Perez and Szpilka are better as Molina and Duhaupas.
I think Perez and Szpilka actually got a small chance of winning against Wilder.
If the fight between Wilder and Jennings will ever happen, then Jennings is my favorit to win, despite all the trashtalk of Deontay Wilder.
As soon as Deontay Wilder speaks you just know he lies, he's looking for excuses and he's even sad enough to accuse others of things that simply ain't true.
I mean listen:

Jennings less skilled? Not Wilder, but Jennings after money? Jennings proved a lot more as Wilder, but Wilder acts like it's the other way around.
Calling himself the champ, his talks make no sense you know.
The only thing Wilder proved is that he can beat a European ranked 40 ish and even that with quite some trouble.
Wilder his face was more injured against Duhaupas as Wladimir Klitschko has been after any fight in his entire life, winning or losing.

This fight isn't happening. It's just not. Not now anyway. Wilder will keep on bumming it up until he faces Povetkin or Wlad. There's no incentive for him to fight a really tough guy like Jennings when it's not for another belt. So it won't happen.
And this is why boxing sucks these days. There's no legislation or structure.

I think I know who you mean. His face looked familiar. Think he was in Rocky 4 and has been knocking around the heavyweight scene the last decade or so.
Got a feeling he's got a brother!!

Never been impressed with jennings, looked pretty terrible v Mike Peres and struggled to win the SD(povetkin took him out in 1 round). Wilder will win in the later rounds. I don't get why everoyne is saying how great Jennings did V Klit, it was a terrible boring fight with a clear winner.

I feel the same way. Yes Jennings is a top ten contender but he is no way near the level some people are saying.
I give Wilder a better than 50 percent cjance of beating Jennings.

After the fight with Welder, Stiverne commented that "(Dentene) hits like a girl. My corner lost track of what round it was so I ran out of time to knock the big girly-man out. I will get him next time."

That may be the most ridiculous excuse for losing a match I have ever heard and I've heard some doozies in the past.

Losing narrowly to Wlad doesn't prove that a fighter is unworthy of fighting Wilder, who usually fights with and negotiates with fighters outside the top 25. Bryant Jennings is superior to every opponent Wilder has ever fought. Jennings is superior to all of the clowns that Wilder has contemplated fighting, like Andrzej Wawrzyk. Jennings may very well be superior to Wilder himself. Jennings is potentially a top 5 heavyweight, and you shouldn't be looking for an excuse for Wilder to get out of fighting him.

I agree with most of that and like you believe that Jennings is better than all of Wilder's opponents, but saying that he lost only 'narrowly' to Wlad is quite generous to him.

I had the Wlad vs Jennings bout 116-111 for Wlad if I recall correctly. I believe Wlad was deducted a point for holding. So it was 9 rounds to 3 with the point deduction thrown in.

Every round was close as hell. Wlad won a lot of rounds, and he won them by razor-thing margins. If Wlad was like 9% worse, he may have lost. I believe Wilder to be comfortably worse than Wlad, but very similar physically and stylistically. Therefore, I could certainly see Jennings beating Wilder about 7-5 or 8-4.

I didn't see that at all. Jennings won, at best, three or four rounds. He didn't seem to respect Wlad's power and Wlad couldn't make him pay. Aside from that, Wlad clearly won the remainder of the rounds.

There wasn't a great deal happening, which was a product of Wlad's typically risk-averse style and Jennings' long periods of just covering up, but Wlad was consistently doing more and deduction aside deserved to win a minimum of 9 rounds in my view. He also strikes me as someone who is content to keep doing what he's doing if he's winning rounds, even if there isn't a huge amount in them.
