The Joshua fight will 100% happen next year providing no shock losses in the meantime.

Good point. He's at an age when most people tend to find going to the gym a dull chore. There are exceptions and the middle aged man in Lycra (MAMILS) phenomenon is testament to that. The rest may have done him good, though. I'd hazard a guess that most MAMIL types are on a panic-fad when they realise they're getting older and haven't done any exercise since school. People who've been at it hard throughout their teens, twenties and early thirties are very different and are usually trained out and prefer eating good food, drinking wine and falling asleep in their comfiest chair when they're pushing forty.

Yeah, especially if you also had a long amateur career - think of all those years busting your hump in the gym.

I'm definitely a MAMIL - I've just realised I've still got my running tights on underneath my trousers at work. Very snug they are too - well, most things are snug when you've got a package like a baby sperm whale, but I don't like to talk about it.

Hi mate not been about so much fella, some personal stuff that is now sorting itself out as per my last pm mate.

nearly went but got a mate in town so going on the razzle in Rotterdam with him usual bag you know quiet night in romantic dinner and a spa ....or more like watch rugby play pool catch the fight boxing then a club.

I see him having a few tune-up fights but not sure if he will win another world title. Time isn't on his side
