7th went to Bute, is DeGale starting to switch off like he did during many of the middle rounds against Andre Dirrell is what I'm beginning to think.

DeGale must be getting bank to fight Bute in his backyard. That or they really felt Bute was super shot and it didn't matter. At the moment you can bet they are very anxious in the DeGale camp about what these cards are.

have it 4-3 after 7 rounds. I thought this would be a tough fight. Too many in the UK looking at the Bute who fought in Nottingham.

8th was another close one, I thought DeGale might have nicked it.

I'm amazed how fresh Bute looks. Farhood has DeGale up 6-2. No way the cards are that wide.

DeGale has a bad cut.
That said he does land some good punches on the back foot at times, Bute really starting to push now.

Degale is pretty slick 6-3 for Degale . Bute still in it but not landing enough . Pretty clear for me to score

5-3-1 to DG with a couple of rounds that could have gone either way.
Wright warns Degale for using the elbow then 10 seconds later Bute does it & Wright just kinds of points at him

Bute ended the round ok but again it was DeGales accuracy and positioning that won him the 11th.
