The card in the Bahamas is famous for being Ali's last fight but it's also less well known for something else, what is it?
The promoters had forgotten to supply equipment - there was no official timepiece, so a hasty search was made and someone came up with a stopwatch. Then it was discovered there was no real bell to end the rounds, but after a look around a cowbell was found and used.
Yeah that's all true.

I was thinking more about the gloves but that covers it. They all had to share the same pair of gloves, although Hearns and his oppo used gloves they had taken over for sparring (which wouldn't fly anywhere else outside the Bahamas due to them being more likely to cause cuts) and subsequently picked up a cut requiring 30 stitches.
:TU: Eddie Curry was DQ'd against Leon Spinks in June 1994 for not answering the bell for the 9th round, believing the fight to be a 8 rounder.

Correct, Williams pulled out, luckily Smith was around to step in! (Or maybe just put a different pair of shorts on)

An easy one.

Which British boxer had Angelo Dundee in his corner for one fight?

When Leon Spinks fought Ali in the rematch. Before the fight, his entourage was well over 60 people. The question is, how many were left in his entourage after the fight?

I have no idea... but in a big fight, my guess would be Mitsunori Seki (vs Howard Winstone in 1968)

Clue that links to this answer, Winstone did beat the British opponent of the Japanese boxer.

" not bothered ill fight for free if I have to " !. tough man was dave check out his bare knuckle stuff on youtube.

Haha.

I sparred with a couple of really good amateurs back in the day and took a beating, didn't bother me, met the likes of Lennox, Joe Frazier etc, didn't bother me. I was visiting gym in London, when for no reason, a then unbeaten Henry Akinwande took an immediate dislike to me and wanted me to spar some rounds with him, I'm 6' 5", but he's fvcking massive, gloved up, sweating and ready to go. My arse fell out completely, he just glared at me and then after some very uncomfortable seconds, he laughed. I felt like a right mug.
