Not so sure it matters in Liverpool they're all pretty friendly aren't they its more a scousers against the rest attitude. Someone like Brook at Brammal Lane would be totally different.

To be honest tho as bitter an Evertonian as I am I go to Anfield once a season for the derby and if there was a fight on at that pit I wanted to watch I would still go!

On a serious note tho as much as I love Goodison it's going to be an awful venue for boxing? 3 sides of the ground have obstructed views? plus add pitch seating your looking at a 43-44000 capacity? not sure this fight does them numbers, may end up at the echo which I think would be better for this fight!

Soro still in the middle of a contract dispute I'm led to believe.
The others look quite easy for Liam smith. Williams could be a big fight in 12 months time potentially and apart from Soro is his biggest danger.

He's the Interim WBO European Champ - hence a "world" ranking.

Been ordered to fight Austin Trout next by the WBO, Trout may well go for the IBF shot, in which case Soro is next in line if his contract issues have been resolved.

I doubt that. Warren (like all promotors I suppose) loves a soft defense but Horvth has been seen getting blown out on these shores a few times which rules it out as sellable for me.

I think Smith will either be in a good fight alongside Saunders to help launch a PPV model in the summer or it'll be a domestic type defence

Oh yeah that Sky PPV thing that's gonna bring the Sky Sports stranglehold down. I see a lot of similarities of the smugness surrounding that as there was the partnering up of Maloney, Hatton, Cyclone and Queensbury and the never ending 'will BT come in to boxing' that's been dragging on for donkeys years now. How are those things going? Saunders v Eubank Jr 2 is the only possible allegedly PPV fight that could happen unless there is a huge Mayweather v Pacquiao fight lurking round the corner. All the other suggestions will be unrealistic or not viable.

If the WBO rankings stay like they are (who knows!) those available are:

Soro (very good)
Liam Williams (decent)
Ahmet Patterson (bit early)
Szymanski (unproven)
Radosevic (poor)
Spyrko (unproven)
Singwancha (pointless)
Horvath (brutal)
Polanco (novice)

Not a list that offers much in the way of decent fights! Soro would be good but failing that they are as well just making a domestic fight with Williams or Patterson for me.

Anytime I look at any governing bodies top 15 it reminds me of the biggest problem in this sport!
