hope you have more luck than I did , for general streaming (not kodi) Roku Pi$$ all over them
Are there dodgy ones available online anywere with all the sports/movies on them?

I kNow jackshizzle about streaming devices as i've always just payed for ppv/bn but i'm sick of paying over a ton a month for sky.
they are everywhere mate , check a well known auction site or amazon , look for kodi fully loaded box or firestick , but they take some getting used to and are frustrating at times

What PPV fights could he have up his sleeve ?

Khan v Pacman

Saunders v Canelo

Fury v Haye

I liked his perspective on PPV events ie that there are only 3 or 4 potential fights a year which is bang right. Eddie would have one every fuckin month if he could get away with it.

I don't think your casual fan gets Rigo so I think they'd struggle to sell that one and Saunders has openly said he wont fight GGG no matter how much money's on the table.

Fury Wilder definitely though, maybe at Old Trafford in the summer

I don't think Team Money went through Eddie to broker that deal?
That's because Camp Eddie said no British fighter can fight on SKY sports box office without him, he was implying Khan and Fury cant be on PPV without his say so. This now means Frank can get say Khan vs Pac or Fury vs Wlad on SKY PPV without Camp Eddie getting involved.
Did Eddie say no British fighter, or fights on British soil or did he say no boxing all together. I thought it was very much the later..... I really don't think Eddie would ever have much of a say if Khan vs Garcia 2 (as an example - two Hayman fighters) was signed and Hayman pitched it to SBO.

The moment Sky got May vs Pac it was clearly and obviously BS. I cannot imagine it ever being in a contract - "Exclusively British fighters have to go through me, yes you can put other promoters bills on Sky PPV, but if one of the fighters has a british passport - sorry, must go through me again".

I don't think this will mean more British PPV's for non allegedly subscribers in the first instance. What it will probably mean in the first instance is that BN will secure more international rights cos they will make more money on the bigger fights which are currently only (in essence, yes I know about the £30 PPV but don't know anyone who signs up for that) available to BN subscribers.... fights like Cotto vs Alvarez etc..... then, with the extra cash - he could secure rights to other international suppliers....e.g. when Saurland's deal with Eddie/Sky ends.
Listen to the interview again from around 15 minutes onwards he says any UK fighter has to be agreed by him and its in his contract with SKY, even if they are fighting abroad. So Hayman would have to get the go ahead from Eddie if he wanted Khan vs Garcia 2 on SKY sports PPV. Also listen from 20mins 30 seconds as he says only 2 non British fighters fighting abroad (May vs Pac) is the only circumstance where he doesn't have any contractual rights.

Yes Toby - Hearn says on a few occasions allegedly will have its own PPV.... say not sure why Warren had to respond with this "Eddie is lying" business.

I have listened to it again and he does not say Sky Sports Box Office, he says Sky Box Office and does not differentiate so from what Fwank is saying, he is lying. He interchanges between "sky" and "sky sports" and according to the Warrens, there is a difference. He clearly said that any British fighter has to go through him.

Check 19 mins 20 seconds.

What Frank has been annoyed about is that before Eddie's interview he had been telling everyone for months that no UK fighter can get on SKY box office without him (not SKY sports box office), he then started saying SKY sports box office in that interview because he knew Frank was going to come out with his statement in the first week of January so Eddie quickly come out and beat him to it (making sure everyone heard him saying "SKY sports box office")

Essentially Frank is angry because Eddie has ben telling fighters like Frampton they cant be PPV fighters without him, he's been luring fighters to his stable and Franks not happy.

People are fickle ,, not long ago Frank was the big boss in town , and everyone was moaning , about boxers not getting paid , blatant mismatches and shite ppv's ... Along came Hearns and he was a breath of freshair , who reportadly paid well and on time ,, Now he's an ass hole and daddys boy who's ruining the sport ..
Franks lost his control and doe'snt like it ,, Ok he's probably got a coperate lawyer to scour through whats going on and come up with the sky sport and sky box office , and Hennessy can come up with were gonna run ppv on sky shopping chanel or whatever ,, But what they gonna do if sky choose to honor there contract and not purchase of Warren and let him in the back door .. Eddie kept on ranting about his good relationship with them , if he does have a relationship has good has he says , are sky willing to lose it by letting Warren in the backdoor .

If they choose to favor Eddie , be interesting if Frank trys to sue them , he like to threaten everyone else with law suits .

Sometimes you do not realise what you have until you get something worse and it feels that way with Hearn and Warren.

I watched Hearn's IFL interview in full last night. Whilst I do appreciate a lot of what he said about Matchroom developing boxing similar to the way they developed darts by expanding the market & appealing to a wider audience (the 'casuals' :OhYes:), I still don't understand how boxing apparently requires regular PPVs where other sports don't.

Obviously I do understand that certain fights like Mayweather-Pacquaio or Quigg-Frampton probably can't be made without PPV money these days, but surely a British title fight between 2 relative novices can be made easily without needing to be on PPV?

That's the thing that pisses me off Eddie could have put AJ vs Whyte on SS1, as well as Clev vs Bellew, but he's a greedy pudendum.

@ Coneye boxing fans are not fickle we just want value for money, when Frank was at SKY he wasn't delivering he got comfortable and complacent putting on poor shows then Eddie came in and we were promised no more PPV's and the quality of shows improved, but now we've been forced to pay out PPV 4 times this year (both within a month of each other) and he's just stacking cards as a way to make a show PPV worthy, in the meantime Frank has started his own channel and its been a great success so we have to give him his dues.

i CERTAINLY UNDERSTAND where your coming from ppv for shite is excatly that , where are the days when its 2-3 world title fights and worth the money They have disapeared , but i don't think we can blame Eddie entirly, when Frank had the monopoly he was probably worse , and fighters had problems with him, Its ridiculous when we are saying fights like Quigg / Framptom have to be ppv , for me thats not a ppv fight .. Mayweather -- Paccy - Hopkins -- de la hoya ,, these super stars for want of a better word are ppv , Even Fury fighting a long time heavyweight champ is ppv ,, but Quiogg / Frampton ,, don't think so

How do you guys think a PPV that looked like this would do?

Saunders vs. Eubank jr 2 - WBO Middleweight Title
Groves vs. Buglioni
Afolabi vs. McKenzie
Chisora vs. Towers
Whyte vs. Cornish
Catterall vs. Theopane
Skeete vs. McDonagh 2

7 fight main card from the o2 Arena?

Good domestic card , that is a million miles away from a ppv " special" event as Sky would call it .

Agreed.
But is it that far away from the 7-fight card matchroom have just put on from the same venue that sold out and drew a buyrate of around 400,000?

No it's not and if they starve us of shows I'll buckle and buy it.

It would be a little bit away from it. I was by no means a fan of the O2 bill - but at least there was some good European level fights on it - and it turned out BETTER than I thought.... I don't mean this to sound wrong but Campbell fight being close was certainly something I did not expect on paper.

The first three fights are okay level, the rest is English title level (at the moment)... plus high unlikely Chisora will fight on allegedly again.

One thing though I disagreed with Warren was with the Primetime model. Yes, it might not have been sky distribution - but it was a red button payment system (which seemed to be the whole point of what the Warrens were requesting).

Haha prepare to starve.
Maybe FW could get Groves a shot at F.Chudinov in the co-main.
Chisora vs. Ustinov and Langford vs. D.Chudinov.
Use Vlad to get some russian eyeballs.

Saunders vs. Eubank jr 2 - WBO MW Title
Groves vs. Chudinov - WBA SMW Title
Flanagan vs. Barroso - WBO LW Title
Afolabi vs. Mckenzie
Chisora vs. Ustinov
Ormond vs. Mendy
Malignaggi vs. Branco

It has been said a million times , PPV's used to be reserved for mega-fights or mega-bills now they are becoming the norm , will this kill proffesional boxing longterm ? If they are doing big numbers on the PPV's at the same time as filling venues it look's like it's working , sad for the likes of me that has never bought a PPV in my life , but it looks like thats the way things are going

a lot of them fighters are not with warren so I doubt they would be able to put them on one of their shows but id think this is more realistic and have 5 world titles on the 1 show

Saunders v Eubank WBO Middleweight title
Smith v Trout WBO Super Welterweight title
Mckenzie v Ramirez IBF Cruiserweight title
Flanagan v Walsh WBO Lightweight title
Butler v Conlan WBO Europen Super Flyweight title
Ajisafe v Shinkwin Commonwealth Light Heavyweight title, British Light Heavyweight title
Satchell v Ruenroeng IBF Flyweight title
