C,mon Clive you have met him and like the guy fair enough but he had talent and didn't apply himself and his career has largely been wasted. And good on him for beating it but he was a druggo so he's not exactly clean living is he. Then again that's just my opinion mate. :TU:

Parker has a mandatory shot at the IBF title against Anthony Joshua. Hopefully he gets through this uninjured. As if he gets injured it could really throw a spanner in the works.

Solomon Haumono had a huge drug problem. Thankfully he appears to have put it behind him though.

You were the one who claimed Haumono was clean living. He is now. But he had a huge drug problem and was out on the town every night of the week without even telling his wife where he was. That isn't clean living. He all but totally screwed his life up and would be the first to admit it.

The last time I seen Sol was at a junior Rugby League game in the bush he looked clean living and straight to me and all the people and kid's that he was talking too would agree that was about 3/4 year's ago so he's must have been living a clean life for a while i'd say good on him ranked number 12 in World by the WBA I hope you keep telling your Sol story you just might inspire some poor druggo AND MAKE THEM REALISE THERE IS HOPE.

"IN the haze of an ice binge, Solomon Haumono took a 12-gauge shotgun, placed the barrel in his mouth, stretched his leg into the air and tried to pull the trigger with his big toe".

...sound like clean living Clive?

WRONG AGAIN!

His own wife says that's what Haumono was doing:

Haumono's wife Margaret said: “He’d leave home on Monday and I wouldn’t see him ’til Sunday. Then he’d start an argument with me to get out of the house again.”

Solo has redeemed himself and is trying to do something special with the next generation.

Burning the candles at both ends buggered up his ring career when it showed considerable promise, but with a few good fights left in him and heavy hands, something positive may come out of his career's final flings.

I didn't realise So had fallen off the right track in life with the drugs and the dealing of it but he's not doing it now. He couldve chosen to stick with the drugs but he's got Parker in a couple of weeks now. There is hope for drugees

Hopefully so though I want to see Parker win because he's younger and has a big future. But hopefully Sol earns some good coin before his career ends.
