Re: wilder v. povetkin, who do you have?
Great Matchup!
Advantage Wilder: Height & Reach...Puncher...
Advantage Povetkin: Good Chin...in 31 pro-Fights no KO lost. Good Fighter...while opponents punch in his face, he still go forward and fight back
Key...Wilder will held Povetkin in distance...Povetkin musst go forward and eat some punches..chewing..swallow down...and fight back.
Povetkin has experience with Klitschko.

I've edged Povetkin in this all along, you narcissistic schoolboy. I have always (as in for years) claimed that Wilder has been brought along slowly in order to protect his Khan like chin.Lancenix wrote:You are picking Potvetkin after all you have posted. Wow!Tanzio wrote:I agree that his team has brought him along well, but I still think Povetkin has the edge at the moment. That could change by fight time.sweetviolenturge wrote:Personally, I think Wilder's past three bouts have done him a world of good.
He & his people were heavily criticized for not signing to fight his mandatory v Povetkin immediately after his defeat of Stiverne, but I believe they did the right thing.
No, they didn't match him up with big name opposition nor did they choose the toughest contenders available. But, they put him in there with determined, durable challengers who took him deep into fights, giving him much needed rounds of experience. And in each of those fights Wilder had to face & overcome some adversity before stopping his opponents. All of which has prepared him for this upcoming bout with his #1 contender.
IMO, he's going to be more than ready for this step up & he'll likely overcome a couple/few rough patches early on before capitalizing on his significant edges in size, hand speed & power by busting up Povetkin down the stretch before finishing him in the 9th or tenth round.
While I have been critical of the pace, I now realize that they have actually prepared him well, and done everything possible to get him ready for this level of fights. None of that changes his less than elite level chin.
He has never been a coward or avoided anyone.
Inbetween patting yourself on the back for making obvious picks, and making inane accusations about the population of an entire continent over and over and over again, you might try actually reading and considering other's posts.
You might slightly camouflage your pitiful intelligence level if you did.

Wilder will not win a decision either. Potvetkin wins this fight.
How about we make a bet. If Wilder wins you leave permanently. If Povetkin wins I do the same. I'm game. I throw that challenge out there to all the folks that pick Povetkin to win.![]()

Re: wilder v. povetkin, who do you have?
What's wrong with picking a different fighter to win? Does it have to get so insulting and personal? Wilder has a chance against anyone with his extreme power but he is vulnerable against such a talented boxer as Povetkin who can exploit footwork and positioning errors. Povetkin also has a knockout punch, I have to go with Povetkin but imagine it will be entertaining and exciting.
Re: wilder v. povetkin, who do you have?
Well if you don't pick Wilder to win then you are told you know nothing about boxing.palooka wrote:What's wrong with picking a different fighter to win? Does it have to get so insulting and personal? Re: wilder v. povetkin, who do you have?
Most of us know a bit and a few know a lot, unfortunately some of those who know a lot are rude. It's best not to get wound up or respond, we're all learning. This should be a pleasant place to post but there'll always be conflict.

You picking Potvetkin is just hilarious after you praised Wilder in so many topics over and over. Re: wilder v. povetkin, who do you have?
I have very seldom praised Wilder. I just don't call him a coward or a bum. I'm the one who started the round by round for the Szpilka fight. I was very critical of him. I have always been critical of him, with the possible exception of the Stiverne fight.Lancenix wrote:You picking Potvetkin is just hilarious after you praised Wilder in so many topics over and over. Don't run, Farcenix, show us where I have ever propped up Wilder.
Re: wilder v. povetkin, who do you have?
Povetkin is an easy match for Wilder.
Even Peter Fury says that and he knows much more about boxing than all of you.
Keep dreaming about Povetkin beating Wilder , that's not going to happen.
Go find another new hero who will be supposed to beat Wilder , you will need it for another excuses.

Nope. Does not change that Povetkin is going to lose badly. Why hw boxers or trainers don't pick Povetkin over Wilder hm?
and even if Wilder loses or gets robed i do not care , Tyson Fury would school that overrated bum Povetkin . He would make him look like a total joke.
Povetkin had his chance to became a champion and he looked pathetic. Newbie Jennings looked much better against Klitschko.
Povetkin won't be champion and has no chance against Fury , so stop riding his dick. Fury vs Wilder is much better matchup

It's ok, Farcenix, people with multiple personality disorder are generally unaware of it.Lancenix wrote:Yeah nice try. I have been picking Potvetkin all along. Re: wilder v. povetkin, who do you have?
Povetkin and Klitschko faced only small fighters their whole career. That's why Klitschko looked like a joke against Fury.
Same goes to happen with Povetkin. It's easy to jab and grab him. EASY WIN for Wilder.
People on this forum know shit about boxing.
I do not care about resume or perfomances in the past. Each fight is differt and it's all about styles.
Bumvetkin is made for any average tall outside fighters . That's why he never faced any decent taller guy and ducked Fury .
Keep dreaming about Povetkin . He will be exposed the same way as Klitschko.

If Wilder wins I will never show my face here again. There you have it BADHUSKER get those three clowns to go in and we have the bet you wanted.
There it is Tanzio. You happy? Your apology and I have laid down the mantle for an epic boxrec bet!!

Fury got knocked down by a cruiserweight Steve Cunninham a Klitschko did not even touched him.
Who has Fury faced before Wladinir? That fat punching bag Chisora?
Small inside fighters are just pathetic against any average tall guy.
Mike Tyson got his ass kicked by Buster Douglas.
Shows how inside fighters are hopeless.
Wilder is not small like Perez oe Takam and he wont fight on inside like those two fat retards
