The most telling part is what that asshole did, sorry when you get charged with poo like this it's blindly obvious there's "legs" to it... he's a well known piece of poo human being, convict already, and that paragraph you wrote is the lamest dismissal of a crime I've heard.. fortunately he'll get what's coming to him, sooner later it doesn't matter.
Unlike yourself, I don't jump to indict someone based on an accusation and a media headline. If you do some reading and find out a little more about the other factor in the equation, you will realize that we aren't talking about an upstanding man in the community just walking down the street. This will turn into nothing more than street justice working it's way out.

Nonsense my misguided friend, this will turn into another prison stint for the actual scumbag in the situation, as it should. We can revisit this later, this is definitely going to be entertaining much more so than his fights.
