All 3 could and would beat Briggs. Briggs is far past shot.
Holyfield could come out of retirement and embarass Briggs.
We'll see about that, I hope Tony Thompson dares to fight him soon.
Briggs wouldn't fight Tony Thompson. He wouldn't fight anybody that could possibly beat him. He'll keep fighting bottom of the barrel guys until he gets a big money payday.
Eddie Hearn wants him to prove himself before he gets a big fight. He clearly doesn't want to do that. If he fights someone like Dereck Chisora he'll lose every round.
Doesn't take much to fool fans I see. Talk loud, and act like a jackass, and people will think you're legit these days I guess.
You're talking about David Haye in the end I suppose?

I hate David Haye, and I'd actually root for Briggs to spark him if they fought, but it ain't gonna happen. Haye would probably love to fight Briggs. He knows that's an easy win for him, anybody that's actually dangerous and he'd sprain his vagina in training and cancel the fight.

He knows he can't beat anyone in the Top 50. Talking his way into a title shot is his only hope.
Briggs is ranked higher as Haye for a reason, I wouldn't be surprised if Briggs could win against Malik Scott, Stiverne, or Tony Thompson
That reason is because Haye took 3.5 years off from boxing and his rating got slashed by 80.3%.

Briggs has taken a massive break as well and fought several guys with a higher boxrec rating as Mark de Mori and won them all.

Wow, that's really impressive. Wait, it's not. Briggs hasn't beat anyone better than Raphael Zumbano Love in over 9 years. Haye fought a better opponent than Love in 11 out of his last 12 fights, and will be fighting another opponent better than Love in his next fight.
Seriously, in the past 9 years, the ratings of the opponents Shannon has beaten add-up to 304. In the same span of time, the ratings of opponents Haye has beaten add-up to 2925. Briggs hasn't done anything in over 9 years, so you'd have to be pretty naive to believe that only now, at the age of 44, is he about to actually do something.

Who cares about 9 years ago? It's about the latest two years and in that period he showed more as David Haye has. Also, if he doesn't get the chance it's not his fould. I agree he needs to fight someone better as Zumbrano, but then what has Haye done more as Briggs has?

...I would have long forgotten both Briggs and Haye but for their media appearances...both are primadonnas..Briggs obviously a no-hoper...Haye's lost his momentum 3-4 years ago and seems to be running out of time and options...
